2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the site, the web server processes technically necessary data, including your IP address, time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer, browser and operating system. Processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of our website. Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for operation, security and abuse prevention.
3. Contact form and enquiries
When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message, as well as your company and phone number if provided voluntarily. The data is transmitted to dimari through the configured email service and used to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding to business enquiries.
Data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully handled unless statutory retention obligations apply. Form protection works without a CAPTCHA. An invisible honeypot field, a timing plausibility check and a technically necessary session value are used to deter automated submissions.
4. Local storage and consent settings
The website stores your choice regarding optional services under the key dimari-consent-v1 in your browser’s local storage. This is necessary to respect your selection. It contains no directly identifying information and remains stored until you change or delete it through the cookie settings or your browser settings.
Opening the contact form may also set a technically necessary session cookie. It protects the submission against misuse and is deleted at the end of the session.
5. YouTube and Google Maps
Videos are not loaded automatically. A connection to YouTube using the more privacy-friendly youtube-nocookie.com domain is only established after you allow “External media”. Google may receive your IP address, device and browser information and information about the page accessed. The provider for users in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
After you give consent, the contact page can also load a location map from Google Maps. A connection to Google is only established after your active approval. The same device, browser and access data may be transmitted to Google. The legal basis is also your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.
6. No analytics by default
The newly developed website contains no analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts in its delivered state. If such services are added later, they must be included in consent management before activation and this privacy notice must be updated.
7. Recipients and international transfers
Recipients may include technical service providers used for hosting and email communication. Where required, we conclude data processing agreements with processors acting on our instructions. Any transfer to a third country by YouTube or Google Maps takes place only after your consent and subject to the safeguards used by the provider.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
