Automation through technical interfaces
Efficient processes are particularly important in telecommunications and the associated broadband deployment. However, technical interfaces, for example for ordering lines, are often complex. A high level of automation is therefore essential. The varioSuite modules offer standardised import and export functionality that integrates into your existing system landscape through plug-ins or apps. A consistent connection between these systems also enables efficient workflows.
Change end customer and order internet connection
With the WBCI pre-coordination process, end customers can now switch between two providers electronically. Information is exchanged about the time of technical activation and deactivation as well as the resources used. For electronic number porting there is no need for complicated fax messages and feedback. The WBCI module is included as standard in the varioSuite. As a result, you can concentrate on what's important - customer service.
Interfaces to WITA and S/PRI are required to order internet connections automatically. WITA is used for TAL lines (copper subscriber lines), while S/PRI is used for fibre connections, information requests and fault resolution. Both technical interfaces – WITA and S/PRI – are integrated as modules in varioCRM and only require the connection details to be defined. Phone number porting, voice routing, technical connection
If municipal utilities and carriers offer products relating to telecommunications, the issues relating to ordering telephone numbers, routing and the technical connection of routers must also be taken into account. There are different models and providers for this.
The networks are interconnected by switch systems. dimari has already implemented numerous interfaces to switch providers such as Cisco, cirpack and Aarenet etc. Preliminary providers in turn offer services for ordering telephone numbers. Routers are activated via an ACS. Some carriers have set up their own IT environment, others use the offerings of various previous providers. Simply ask about our already implemented interfaces.
Technical interfaces to financial and CRM software
Public utilities often work with different accounting systems. Technical interfaces to, for example, SAP, DATEV, kvasy, Wilken or others are required here. The varioSuite modules are adapted accordingly to ensure data transfer.
There are various options for data exchange, especially in the financial sector. On the one hand, the individual debit and credit balances of individual customers and customer groups are transferable. On the other hand, it is possible to use the additional finance module in varioCRM yourself. You then carry out the complete accounting for the Telko customers in the varioSuite. Automated payment transactions and dunning take place directly in the dimari software. Only the total balances are transferred to the external financial system.
