dimari GmbH from Kassel has been developing its software for telecommunications for 20 years. Together with our customers, we have implemented many interesting projects and look forward to a continued exciting future.
We say “Thank you”
On the occasion of our 20th anniversary, we welcomed our customers in Kassel. During a tour of the "Old Masters" painting gallery in Wilhelmshöhe Palace, the participants got a deep insight into the history of Kassel. With humor and an enthusiastic group leader, some interesting facts were retained. Behind the castle is the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. When you walk through Germany's highest man-made water park, you get an impressive impression. This park has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2013.
At the end of the informative day, we met our customers and partners at a sumptuous dinner in the nearby castle hotel. Everyone enjoyed a relaxing evening in a good mood and lots of stories about the last few years.
From billing to the ERP system
With deregulation in 2000, the way was paved for new carriers on the German market. A lot has happened since then and in addition to pure telecommunications providers, numerous municipal utilities have also founded their own telecommunications division.
A challenge for the new carriers was and is the billing of Telco products. Because this differs essentially from the standard systems of the municipal utilities. Diethard Kumpf also recognized this and founded dimari GmbH in Kassel. Starting with the varioBill billing system, dimari has developed an extensive product portfolio over the past two decades. Customer administration, management of network elements, interfaces and web modules meet the growing requirements.
The employees in Germany and India are constantly working on new features and extensions. As a customer from the very beginning, DOKOM21 was the first to trust in the billing system and still relies on the solution today. From small carriers to national municipal utilities - every project remains individual and is personally looked after by dimari employees.
Future telecommunications
The future remains exciting. When will we have the gigabit-capable network? How will Open Access develop in the next few years? Which regulatory changes make software adjustments necessary?
We are looking forward to the next decade and would like to say thank you again - thank you to all of our customers, with whom we have worked trustworthy and intensively for many years. But also thanks to our partners, without whom the smooth processes would not be possible. And last but not least, thanks to our employees, who always have an open ear for our customers and try to clarify issues personally and directly.
