dimari donates to “Jumpers”

Education is a great asset. That's why supporting school children is important right from the start. The Jumpers children's charity organizes mentoring and sponsorship programs for students of all ages in socially disadvantaged areas in various cities in Germany. The goal is to confidently prepare for your future.

Jumpers helps from elementary school age onwards

School begins as an important phase for children to become adults. Imparting knowledge and a positive Christian worldview plays a central role. But some students have problems right from the start, be it because of their environment, their background or personal reasons. Even at primary school age, some can no longer keep up with others. That's why the Jumpers volunteers support the children personally in a mentoring program. The program is financed 100% through donations.

Christian values are important

In addition to Kassel, the children's aid organisation also operates in Erfurt, Gera, Salzgitter, Stadtallendorf and Helleböhn. One aim is to establish Christian social projects in disadvantaged areas to promote the self-esteem and prospects of children and young people. Another is to raise awareness of their needs in politics and society, support the work of Jumpers and provide training. A third goal is to support students through the “HUMAN mentoring for students” programme, which pairs adults with primary school children. Jumpers is looking for adults who would like to accompany and support a child as a mentor for one year. There is also a 16-month programme that prepares eighth- and ninth-grade students for their future careers.
