You are the interface between the customers and the software developers. You analyze the customer's circumstances, help with customizing the client installation or formulate requirements for the development team. Particular attention is paid to the support of the web applications, which are primarily further developed at the Indian location. Here the exchange takes place in English. You also carry out software updates and offer user training.
Your tasks for IT support:
- Support in the event of software malfunctions and contact person for users
- Assistance with IT questions and problems
- Formulating software extensions in English
- Test, Installation & Customizing new software versions
- Central contact person for topics relating to web applications
- User training and writing of relevant documents
Your profile:
- completed IT training (e.g. as an IT specialist) or
- a training with relevant professional experience in the field of IT
- very good knowledge of XSLT
- Knowledge of SQL databases and SQL query language
- Knowledge of XML technologies
- Web application programming knowledge is an advantage
- Enjoy dealing with customers and in the team
- careful and responsible as well as an independent way of working
- Fluent English to communicate with the Indian team
