Inform customers transparently
The Federal Network Agency's TK Transparency Ordinance has been in effect since June 1, 2017. Providers of telecommunications products are therefore obliged to state the contract terms and notice periods on every invoice sent to the end customer. In addition, information about the actual performance of the Internet connection must be provided.
As a user of different telecommunications products, be it the Internet connection, the telephone or a mobile phone contract, deadlines can differ. Some customers change tariffs or book new products during their contract term. Keeping an overview is often difficult. That is why the agreement on the Telecommunications Transparency Ordinance was made. The contract terms and notice periods for the individual products must be stated on every invoice. If the carrier provides the information in an online portal, the information must also be provided online.
Transparency Ordinance with varioSuite
We have expanded our software in accordance with the regulations. In varioCRM, the earliest possible termination date has been integrated into the contract view since version 3.0. Minimum terms and notice periods can be set directly in the products. In accordance with their general terms and conditions, carriers and municipal utilities must check product terms and present them clearly. A configurable database procedure calculates the correct termination date in the CRM. A varioBill upgrade is available to calculate the deadlines on the invoice automatically. Further information:
